Insurance We accept most major health insurance plans as well as Medicare. Please check with your individual plan for the most current information about our status as a provider with that plan. You'll need to present your insurance card at each appointment. If your insurance has changed since your last appointment, please be sure to let us know. You'll need to present your new insurance card to avoid charges for the current appointment. If your insurance policy requires a co-payment, this is due when you check in for your appointment.
