Dr. Dubrick has been a part of the Dekalb-Sycamore community since beginning his practice here in 1992.  He completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola University of Chicago.  He attended Chicago Medical School and then completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Illinois at Peoria.  Dr. Dubrick is board certified and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, (ACOG). He is a associate professor at the University of Illinois School of Medicine and also is preceptor for nurse practitioner and physician assistant students.

Special interests include incontinence surgery, alternatives to hysterectomy, advanced laproscopic surgery, and infertility testing.

Dr. Kruskol has been a “local resident” all his life.  He grew up in Hoffman Estates and attended Schaumburg High School.  From there, he graduated magna cum laude from Northern Illinois University with a major in biology and minor in chemistry.  Dr. Kruskol then went on to medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, which led him to a residency in general surgery and ob/gyn, at the prestigious Loyola University Medical Center.  He practiced for nearly four years in the Elgin area and is pleased to relocate his full time practice to Sycamore, Illinois. 

Dr. Kruskol’s area of interests includes obstetrics, contraception, alternatives to hysterectomy and urinary incontinence.

Meera Kataria Atkins, MD

Dr Atkins is a transplanted resident to the area.  She grew up in Southeast Michigan and attended Youngstown State University where she graduated cum laude with her major of Combined Sciences. After graduating medical school at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, she completed her residency in OB/GYN at the University of Illinois in Chicago where she served as Chief Resident.  She practiced for nearly 5 years in the Batavia and Aurora areas before she relocated  her practice to Sycamore/Dekalb area  in 2006.  She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgery and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy.

Special Interests:  Contraception, menstrual abnormalities, minimally invasive surgery, alternatives to hysterectomy, obstetrics

Chantal Manhart is new to the Dekalb- Sycamore community.  She is originally from Des Moines, Iowa where she completed her undergraduate studies at Grand View College and her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate at Family Planning Council of Iowa. She practiced in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for the last 7 years and completed her Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and MSN through Graceland University in 2006.  She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society for Nursing and American College of Nurse Practitioners. Chantal has Breast Health Navigator and Advanced Breast Health Navigator Certifications and she has been a certified CPR instructor. She has been a preceptor for nurse practitioner students and nursing students.  Chantal is excited about starting her practice here in Sycamore.

Special Interests include menopause, bio-identical hormones, saliva testing, adrenal fatigue, obesity treatment, urinary incontinence and preventative medicine.
